Canceled game P.T. from Hideo Kojima was recreated on the engine Unreal Engine 4 on the PC


A video appeared online, on which the author showed his work done to recreate the canceled game P.T. from the company Konami on the engine Unreal Engine 4.

On YouTube, on the channel SmoggyChips there was a video in which the author demonstrated the current state of his project. As reported by Sonder.ee, in the video you can see how the work is under way to create a remake of the canceled P.T. Although the author also said that his project is not yet completed, and the work is still going on, it looks very good already.

However, it is not known whether this project will be available to the public after the author finishes his work on it. After PC-players who never had a chance to play in P.T., they can finally try the game themselves. But SmoggyChips does not disclose details, whether he will release the game or not. It is also not known when the project will be completed and whether it will represent only one map, like previous attempts to recreate a game in which there was no game mechanics, or something more. After all, it is possible that this remake will be able to offer players more than all the other projects of P.T.

Sonder.ee recalls that P.T. — is a demo version of the canceled game Silent Hills, which was developed by Hideo Kojima, together with Guillermo del Toro and Norman Ridus, who was supposed to tell the story of an unnamed hero caught in a temporary loop in a house inhabited by ghosts.
