Brainstorm Digital demonstrated how the film looked before the use of computer graphics.
New York studio Brainstorm Digital published a two-minute video, which showed the work on creating visual effects for Woody Allen’s new film “Wonder Wheel.” The video shows how those or other scenes of the picture looked on the set and in the final version.
The premiere of “Wonder Wheel” took place on December 1. The film takes place in New York in the 1950s. Waitress Ginny, the wife of the operator of the carousel Humpty, falls in love with the young rescuer Mickey Rubin. Soon, he begins to stare at Caroline — the daughter of Humpty, who unexpectedly visited her father, hiding from the pursuing bandits. The main roles in the film were performed by Kate Winslet, Justin Timberlake, Juneau Temple, Debi Maizar and James Belushi.
